Insurance Agent Assistant position:

At First Insurance Solutions we are constantly seeking professionals who are up for the challenge.  If you are extremely organized with positive attitude even in time of stress, we have a perfect job of you! We are looking for reliable Assistant Account Manager who is willing to help us grow our agency.

Position Objective:

Provide administrative support to our Customers, Account Manager and Producers.

Job Description – Duties – Expectations

Preform the following tasks for new business with appropriate assistance supervision from Commercial Account Manager.

 

  • Gather information from clients and prepare applications for submissions.
  • Create – Update coverage specifications.
  • Maintain the accuracy of data in the agency management system.
  • Prepare online quotes from various admitted carriers.
  • Prepare Clients proposals based on client’s needs including rates and coverage.
  • Preparing certificates of Insurance.
  • Endorsements, maintain all required documentation.
  • Create – Update coverage specifications.
  • Follow up on recommendations from carrier for certain clients.
  • Check policies for accuracy to ensure that they are delivered to client.
  • Email all COI and policies to Clients as requested by Account Manager and Producer.
  • Protect the confidentiality of information for all clients.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by Account Manager.

Other Requirements:

  • High School or equivalent degree.
  • Must have P & C License.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft word and Excel.
